NDHSAA Extends Volleyball Contract with Baden

Baden Perfection Volleyball Renewed as Official Ball of North Dakota High School Volleyball

Baden’s top-of-the-line Perfection VX5EC-220 game ball to continue being used for all postseason matches

RENTON, Wash. (July 24, 2014) – Baden Sports, Inc., today announced its Perfection® volleyball has received a multi-year renewal to continue as the official ball of the North Dakota High School Activities Association (NDHSAA).

The renewal extends a partnership that began in 2011 and ensures all postseason matches in the state will continue being contested with Baden’s highest-quality, leather game ball, the Perfection VX5EC-220, featuring a blue, gray and white color pattern.

“We’re honored and excited to be continuing as the official ball in North Dakota,” said Michael Schindler, CEO, Baden Sports. “Our products are made with the player in mind, and with the Perfection volleyball, players in North Dakota are getting the very best the industry has to offer. We’re looking forward to deepening our relationships with coaches throughout the state and providing North Dakota athletes the best and most consistent playing experience for years to come.”

Baden’s Perfection volleyball is constructed with full-grain, pre-sorted leather tanned for optimum touch and feel. Inside, it features the lightest butyl bladder ever used for volleyball, a special blended cotton wrap, and Baden’s Stealth Soft-Valve System™, which softens the entire valve panel and reduces the amount of exposed valve rubber, for maximum playability.

“Our coaches and players have been very pleased with the quality and performance of Baden’s Perfection volleyball, and that feedback factored greatly in our decision to renew,” said Matt Fetsch, Executive Director, NDHSAA. “We’re confident that Baden will continue to deliver high-quality, well-designed products that make the game better for North Dakota volleyball players, and we’re excited to be extending the partnership.”

The Perfection VX5EC-220 can be purchased, along with volleyball carts and accessories, through team dealers, online or at major retailers nationwide. For more information, visit www.badensports.com.
