North Dakota state law mandates all officials and each school district and nonpublic school that sponsors or sanctions any athletic activity in this state and requires a participating student to regularly practice or train, and compete, is subject to the terms of a concussion management program. ND Century Code 15.1-18.2-04
The NDHSAA Board of Directors policy mandates all officials receive concussion training as per North Dakota state law. To accomplish this, all officials must complete the NFHS Concussion in Sports - What you Need to Know course on the NFHSLearn site. This is a free course.
