Hazen wins third straight NDHSAA Class B Girls Track and Field State Title

BISMARCK – For the third year in a row the Hazen girls track and field team found its way to the top spot in the Class B division at the NDHSAA state meet at the MDU Resources Community Bowl in Bismarck.

The Bison scored 78 points and received standout performances from their relay teams on Saturday to seal the state title.

In total, the Bison won five events Saturday allowing them to pull away from Hillsboro-Central Valley.

Hazen won the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 meter relays and also picked up 20 points via junior Grace Zimmerman who the 100 and 200 meters.
