    1. Attached is a letter from Devils Lake AD Jason Wiberg requesting the Board to allow basketball contest participation one day early in order to fill out the brackets for the Lake Region Girls’ Basketball Tournament in November 2019.

    1. Attached is a proposal from Grand Forks AD Mark Rerick and Rugby Superintendent Mike McNeff requesting the Board to consider the study of esports as a sponsored activity in accordance with existing Board regulation

    1. Attached is a letter from Jamestown AD Jim Roaldson requesting a waiver of Article XIV, Section IIIa for a student to participate in a similar contest during the track and field season.
