   1. Ben Schafer, Committee Chair, will provide the Board with recommended guidelines for the 2019 & 2020 football plan.  Board approval is necessary in accordance with the football plan timeline.
7. Tournament Committee Report
   1. Travis Jordan, Committee Chair, will provide the Board with recommendations for the following:
      1.  2018 Fall Region Tournament sites
      2. 2018 State XC Site Change – Bismarck to Jamestown
      3. 2022 State A Music date change
8.   Canvassing Committee Report
   1. Kirsten Baesler, Committee Chair, will provide a vote tally for the Board positions of Class A East and Class B Northeast.
9.   **Realignment Committee Report
   1. Jeff Manley, Realignment Chair, will provide the Board with recommended Class B softball region alignments for the 2019 season.
10.   Athletic Review
    1. Attached are Athletic Review recommendations for Board consideration.  Office staff responsible for the administration of each sport will work through the recommendations with the Board.
11.   Hillsboro High School Audience (10:45 am)
    1. Attached is an eligibility request from Hillsboro AD Dave Nelson regarding the closing of Norman County West (MN)’s 7-12 grade building.
12.   East Region Request
    1. Attached is a letter from Grand Forks Public Schools AD Mark Rerick requesting the Board to allow football contest participation one day early for sub-varsity football in 2018.
13.   Devils Lake Request
    1. Attached is a letter from Devils Lake AD Jason Wiberg requesting the Board to allow basketball contest participation one day early in order to fill out the brackets for the Lake Region Girls’ Basketball Tournament in November 2018.
