    1. Attached is the agenda for the General Assembly Meeting.  We will discuss how to distribute handouts etc.
  11.   Valley City High School Request (10:30 am audience)
    1. Attached is a request from Valley City High School for the Board to reconsider their proposed football region assignment for the 2015 and 2016 football plan.  Valley City Superintendent Dean Koppelman and Activities Director Marty Bratrud will be present to discuss the request and answer any questions that the Board may have.
  12.   Football Committee Report
    1. Jim Roaldson, Committee Chair, will provide a report of Committee recommendations regarding region assignments for the 2015 and 2016 football plan. The final plan requires Board approval and will be distributed at the General Assembly Meeting.

  14.   Fine Arts Committee Report
    1. Steve Brannan, Committee Chair, will report the Board on the results on the Fine Arts season survey that was conducted.
  15.   Legal Retainer Discussion
    1. The Board will discuss the three presentations made during the meeting and will implement a timeline for selecting a firm to provide legal retainer services to the NDHSAA beginning January 1, 2015
