   • Rachel Bruner, NDHSAA Legal Counsel, will provide the Board with a legal report.  Executive session possible pursuant to NDCC 44-04-19.1(2),(5) for attorney consultation regarding pending civil litigation, and to receive attorney's advice and guidance on legal risks, strengths, and weaknesses of an action.
