8. Combined Tournament Committee Report
   1. Travis Jordan, Committee Chair, will provide the Board with a committee report, including recommendations for the following:
      1.  State Tournament sites through 2025-26
9. North Dakota Officials Association (NDOA) Recommendations. Board action on each item is necessary:
   1. Increase maximum fee schedule 4% in 2019-20 with the same fees in 2020-21
      1. 2019-20 & 2020-21 (PROPOSED) tab
   2. For swimming, amend language to “Meet Referee and/or Dive Referee”
   3. Hire two additional turn officials for the boys and girls state swim meets
   4. Use four umpires for all winner’s bracket games in the State Class A Baseball Tournament and two umpires in all consolation games
   5. Remove high school students from the officials’ full registration (high school students are unable to officiate varsity games).  Require all high school students to register as local officials.
10. Milnor High School Request
    1. Milnor High School requests a change to a Board regulation regarding pre-season practice sessions.  The Constitution & By-Laws Committee will provide the Board with a report regarding the request.
