      2. 2021 State Music Site
      3. Football regulations – tournament bands
      4. Class B District volleyball tournament deadline
7. Football Committee Report
   1. Ben Schafer, Committee Chair, will provide the Board with a committee report.
8. Realignment Committee Report
   1. Jeff Manley, Committee Chair, will provide the Board with a committee report.
9. Constitution and By-Law’s Committee Report
   1. Mitch Carlson, Committee Chair, will provide the Board with a committee report
10.  Hardship Appeal (10:30 am audience)
    1. Des Lacs-Burlington has requested an appeal to a denied hardship application.  Necessary information will be distributed at the meeting.
11.  North Dakota Officials Association (NDOA) Recommendations
    1. The following recommendations have come from the NDOA Board of Directors.  Board action on each item is necessary.
       1. Adjust the referee pay for varsity soccer to $71.50 in 2018-19
       2. Add a fourth on-ice official for region and state hockey tournaments beginning in 2019
       3. Allow NDHSAA staff to delay a sit year for individual basketball officials up to one time each in 2018 & 2019
12.  Baseball Pitch Count Committee Report
    1. Staff member Justin Fletschock will provide the Board with a report from the Committee’s October meeting.
13.  May-Port-CG Request
    1. A letter from Eric Nygaard, May-Port-CG Athletic Director, requesting the Board to allow May-Port-CG’s boys hockey team to play 23 regular season games.
14.  Extra Semester Appeal (11:30 am audience)
    1. Shiloh Christian has requested an appeal to a denied extra semester appeal.  Necessary information will be distributed at the meeting.
