Request from Bismarck St. Mary’s asking the Board for an exemption to Article XIV, Section III of the NDHSAA Constitution and By-Law’s for a student that has been named to the United States Women’s National 18 and Under Hockey Team, which will participate in the IIHF World Championships January 6-13 in Russia.
