    1. Attached is a letter from Minot AD Mitch Lunde requesting a waiver of Article XIV, Section IIIa for a student to participate in a similar contest during the girls soccer season.

    1. Attached is a letter from Kindred AD Matt Crane requesting the Board to make the recently passed amendment to Part IV, Article III, Section VI of the Constitution and By-Laws to be effective immediately.
15. Drayton High School Request
    1. Attached is a letter from Drayton Superintendent Dean Ralston requesting the Board to set a percentage of allowable participants to determine qualification for Class B Fine Arts region contests that are cancelled.
