7. Executive Board Report
   1. Todd Olson, Executive Board Chair will report on committee actions.
8. Turtle Mountain Community HS Request
   1. Attached is a letter from Shane Martin, Turtle Mountain AD, requesting approval to start their girls’ basketball season one day early in order to participate in the Lake Region Girls’ Basketball Tournament.
9. Mandan HS Request
   1. Attached is a letter from Mandan High School requesting a site change for West Region Speech.  Brian Bubach will speak to this matter.
10. District Chair Recommendations
    1. The three recommendations from District Chairs are located on the Athletic Review grid.
11. Athletic Review
    1. Attached are Coaches and Athletic Review recommendations for Board consideration.  Office staff responsible for the administration of each sport will work through the recommendations with the Board.
12. Football Committee Report
    1. Jim Roaldson, Committee Chair, will proved football division recommendations for Board approval.
13. Constitution & By-Laws Committee Report
    1. Steve Hall, Committee Chair, will report to the Board concerning efforts to adjust academic eligibility.
14. Legal Report
    1. I have two items to discuss with the Board:
       1. Legal Counsel after December 31, 2014
       2. Jerys Enget vs. City of Bismarck and NDHSAA
15. NFHS Summer Meeting
    1. Hopefully I will have received so I can hand out the summer meeting booklet.  For planning purposes, I need a count of people attending.
