5. Alexander High School Appeal
   1. Attached is a letter from Shannon Faller, Alexander Principal, appealing the Executive Board’s decision to place Alexander on probation through the 2016-17 school year for allowing a junior high basketball team to play a high school team.

7. Fargo North High School Request
   1. A letter from Fargo North administrators requesting the Board for an addition to the out-of-season coaching rule is attached.

   1. Mark Vollmer, Committee Chair, will report to the Board on the qualifying ratio for State A Vocal/Strings.
9.  Combined Tournament Committee Recommendations - notes are attached.
   1. Steve Hall, Committee Chair, will report to the Board on the following recommendations.  Board action will be necessary.
      1. Recommended changes in ticket prices are highlighted in red on the attached document - See the 2016/17 tab
      2. Recommended update to state tournament site schedule is listed in red on the attached document
      3. Elimination of the Spirit Award for Class B Basketball Tournaments
10. Tournament Committee Report
    1. Steve Hall, Committee Chair, will present site recommendations for 2016-17 winter sports region tournaments.  Board action will be necessary.
11.   Region 1 Request
    1. Attached is a letter from Tom Milbrandt, AD at Maple Valley, on behalf of Region 1 schools requesting the Board to consider scheduling the final night of the 2017 Region 1 Girls Basketball Tournament on a Wednesday evening.

12.  Northeast Region Track Request

    1. Attached is a letter from Patti Aanenson, Northeast Region Track Meet manager, requesting the Board to consider allowing the region to start its meet at 2:00 pm on a Friday.

13.   Seven-year Calendar
    1. Attached is the proposed calendar through 2022-23.  The Board has previously approved the calendar dates through 2018-19.
