      3. Eliminate the State Volleyball Parade of Athletes to allow time for hitarounds in between sessions
      4. Add honoring only 25 and 50-year championship teams to tournament policy manual
   2. Steve Hall, Committee Chair, will present site recommendations for region tournaments.  Board action will be necessary.

   1. Attached is the proposed calendar through 2019-20.  The Board has previously approved the calendar dates through 2018-19.

        a.  Attached is a letter from Kevin Klassen, Surrey Superintendent, appealing the disqualification of a participant following the Region 8 Music Contest.

11. * Mandaree High School Request
    1. Attached is a letter from Carolyn Bluestone, Mandaree Superintendent, requesting the Board to move Mandaree from Region 7 to Region 8 in volleyball and girls’ and boys’ basketball beginning in 2016-17.
