    1. Brenda Schell will present the Board with a Technology Plan for the upcoming year.

    1. Mark Vollmer, Committee Chair, will provide the Board with a Committee report.

    1. Attached is a Fine Arts grid indicating action items, advisory recommendations and recommendations from the Fine Arts Review Committee.
  9. Tournament Committee Report
    1. Travis Jordan, Committee Chair, will provide the Board with a recommendation for 2020 Spring Sports Region Tournament sites.
  10. Athletic Review
    1. Attached are minutes of winter coach advisory meetings as well as a grid identifying action items, Class B District Chair recommendations, Class A Review recommendations, advisory recommendations, and Athletic Review recommendations.

    1. Attached is a letter from Glen Ullin Principal/AD Pete Remboldt and Hebron Superintendent/AD Myron Schaff requesting a realignment from Region 7 to Region 5 for volleyball, girls basketball, and boys basketball.
  17. Football Instant Replay
    1. The Board will discuss instant replay for state championship football games in accordance with new NFHS rules.
  18. Fall Golf Survey Results
    1. The Board will discuss survey results from a recent administrator survey regarding the potential of moving Class B girls golf to a Fall season.
