   1. Attached is a request from the WDA AD’s to move the following 2017-18 West Region Tournaments:
      1. Girls Tennis from Bismarck to Minot
      2. Volleyball from Williston to Mandan
10.   Meeting date changes
    1. General Assembly – change date from October 19, 2017 to October 20, 2017
    2. Winter/Spring Sports Athletic Review – change date from June 11, 2018 to June 6, 2018
11.   Strategic Plan
    1. Staff member Brenda Schell will provide the Board with an update on the approved NDHSAA strategic plan.

    1. * Attached is a letter from Region 1 Chairman Kent Dennis requesting a change to the first round sites for Region 1 Super Region girls and boys basketball tournaments.  Board action is necessary
