    1. Attached are minutes from spring sports coach advisory meetings as well as a grid identifying action items, advisory recommendations, and Athletic Review recommendations.
14.   Preparticipation Physical Form
    1. Attached is a recommended update to the NDHSAA preparticipation physical form from the NDHSAA Sports Medicine Advisory Committee for use beginning in the 2020-21 school year.  Board action is necessary.
15.  Strategic Plan Update
    1. Staff member Brenda Schell will provide the Board with an update on the approved NDHSAA strategic plan
16.   Region Tournament Changes
    1. The following requests for changes to 2019-20 region tournaments have been received.  Board action is necessary.
       1. 2019 Region 8 Volleyball site from Ray to Stanley
       2. 2019 Region 1 Volleyball Tournament site from Central Cass to Fargo Civic Center
       3. 2020 Region 1 Girls Basketball Tournament – Dates changed from Feb. 24, 25, and 27 to Feb. 24, 25, and 28
17.  * Shanley High School Request
    1. Attached is a letter from Shanley AD Michael Breker, requesting the Board for permission for Shanley’s speech team to participate in an out-of-state meet prior to the NDHSAA speech season.
