Board Meeting 5-11-10

There will be a conference call Board meeting on Tuesday, May 11th  at 9:00 a.m. to deal with the following items:

1.  Approval of the medical advisory committee recommendation concerning the pre-participation physical form.
     a.  We are working on the form in the office to make necessary changes and will get a copy to you prior to the meeting.

2.  Region V Boys' Basketball
    a.  The District chairs for Districts 9 and 10 have indicated that they wish to have the regional tournament on M-T-F and that they would adjust the girls' district tournament dates so there would be no conflicts.  Pete Moe may have additional information on this.  We need to make a decision on this as the Bismarck Civic has held that date since the last meeting and they need to let the Wizards know for sure.

3.  Region II Boys' Basketball
   a.  Schedules were adjusted at the Betty in Grand Forks which allows us to have the Thursday for Regional BB.  We need final approval of the site from the Board.
