West Fargo, Shanley Top AAA and AA Football Polls

VALLEY CITY, N.D. – The ninth 2017 football polls for North Dakota’s Division AAA and Division AA have been released.

After Week 9, West Fargo tops the AAA poll and Fargo Shanley heads the AA poll voted on by members of the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NDAPSSA).

The Packers defeated Fargo Davies 48-8 on October 18 to improve to 9-0 on the season. West Fargo received all 14 first-place votes in the Week 9 poll.

Bismarck Century (8-1) checked in at the No. 2 ranking for the sixth straight week.

West Fargo Sheyenne (7-2), Bismarck High (7-2), Minot (6-3) rounded out the AAA poll.

Fargo Shanley defeated Devils Lake 38-7 on Saturday, October 21 and retained its No. 1-ranking in Week 9.

Bismarck St. Mary’s (7-2), Jamestown (6-3), Devils Lake (6-3) and Watford City (6-3) rounded out the Division AA poll.

3. WF Sheyenne 7-2 36
4. Bismarck 7-2 33
5. Minot 6-3 8
