DICKINSON, N.D. – Dickinson won its ninth consecutive NDHSAA Gymnastics team state championship on Friday, February 23 at Dickinson High School.
The Midgets scored a team total of 152.801. Runner up honors went to Jamestown. The Blue Jays scored a team total of 144.142.
Dickinson now has won 18 team state championships in program history – the most by a single program in state history.
In individual competition, the following gymnasts won state championships:
Individual All-Around State Champion: Elizabeth Karsky, Dickinson High & Aspen Roadarmel, Dickinson High (tie)
Individual Vault State Champion: Elizabeth Karsky, Dickinson High
Individual Uneven Bars State Champion: Elizabeth Karsky, Dickinson High
Individual Beam State Champion: Teah Schulte, Bismarck Century
Individual Floor State Champion: Elizabeth Karsky, Dickinson High
Final Team Scores: 1-Dickinson High, 152.801; 2-Jamestown, 144.142; 3-Minot High, 143.368; 4-Bismarck Century, 142.967; 5-Grand Forks, 138.150; 6-Mandan, 133.700; 7-Bismarck Legacy, 132.484; 8-Northwest, 126.317
