West Fargo wins NDHSAA Class A Girls Cross Country Team Title

MINOT, N.D. – West Fargo High School won its first ever Class A girls cross country team state championship in program history on Saturday, October 26.

The Packers posted a team score of 95 to seal the historic finish during the NDHSAA State Meet at Minot’s Souris Valley Golf Course.

Senior standout Hope Pringle paced the Packers with a seventh place finish in a time of 18 minutes, 50 seconds.

Jamestown junior Meghan Ford won the individual state championship for the second consecutive year in a time of 17:41. Ford is the first repeat champion since Tarin Lachowitzer won three straight from 2009 to 2011 competing for Fargo South in 2009 and then Fargo Davies in 2010 and 2011.
