NDHSAA Class B Boys Basketball State Tournament Ticket Refund Policy

VALLEY CITY, N.D. – With the cancellation of remaining 2020 Winter State Basketball Tournaments, refunds for the 2020 NDHSAA Class B Boys Basketball State Tournament are being accepted through Bismarck Event Center and its online ticket distributor Etix. 

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Etix has removed the Event Center’s ability to refund it’s own box office sales, so it will refund all credit card and in-person box office cash sales.

Tickets will be refunded in three ways:

1. Etix will refund all credit card sales (all sales channels: website, box office, phone center) within the next 30 business days. When they've completed the refunds, they'll send an email out to customers, stating that they've sent the refund. 

2. For box office cash purchases, customers must return their tickets by mail.  Along with the tickets, customers need to supply their name, address, and phone number. Checks will be issued for these cash refunds.  Cash-sale customers mail their tickets back to:

3. For the school orders that were paid for by check, the Bismarck Event Center will void the check and mail it back to the school. These tickets do not need to be returned.
