This week's NDHSAA Member School Alumni Spotlight shines on Rylee Nudell, a 2016 graduate of Maple Valley High School. Below is a list of accomplishments in Nudell's prep and collegiate athletic career.

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC CAREER
BASKETBALL:
Was a four-year letter winner in girls basketball at Maple Valley and began playing at the varsity level as a seventh grader.
Broke the state’s unofficial overall and Class B career points scoring record on January 23, 2016 in a 66-28 win over Hillsboro/Central Valley in Tower City, N.D. She scored 38 points in the victory to break the previous record held by Tanya Fischer (Bowman HS).
Finished her career with 3,458 career points, which still stands as the state’s unofficial overall and Class B career scoring record.
Finished her career with 1,761 career rebounds – also a unofficial overall and Class B state record.
Was a three-time North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NDAPSSA) All-State First-Team honoree (senior, junior and sophomore seasons).
Was a North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NDAPSSA) All-State Second-Team honoree (freshman season).
Named North Dakota High School Coaches Association (NDHSCA) Class B Senior Athlete of the Year in 2016.
Named North Dakota High School Coaches Association (NDHSCA) Region 1 Senior Athlete of the Year in 2016.
Received All-Region 1 Girls Basketball Team honors as a senior in 2016.
Received All-District 2 Girls Basketball Team honors in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Was named a finalist for the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NDAPSSA) Miss Basketball Award her senior year (2016).
Totaled 847 points, 296 rebounds, 85 assists and 85 steals her senior season at Maple Valley.
Broke Maple Valley’s school scoring record as a sophomore. The school record was held by Nudell’s mother Rhonda (Schneekloth) Nudell.
Also played volleyball and softball during her prep athletic career.
COLLEGIATE BASKETBALL CAREER
Played four seasons at NCAA Division I North Dakota State - a member of the Summit League.
Totaled 964 points (8.2 per game) during her collegiate career at NDSU.
Played in a total of 118 games in college and made 108 career starts for the Bison women’s basketball program – seventh most in school history.
Posted a .484 field goal percentage (341 of 704) in her collegiate career, which ranked 10th on NDSU women’s basketball all-time career list.
Was a 76 percent free-throw shooter (187 of 246).
Collected 516 career rebounds and 189 assists.
Finished career ranked sixth in school history with 377 career defensive rebounds.
Made 95 3-point field goals while playing at NDSU. Her .368 shooting percentage from 3-point range ranks ninth in school history.
Named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll all four years at NDSU.
Named to Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence several times while playing at NDSU.
OTHER AWARDS/HONORS
Nudell's “Number 34” High School Jersey was retired by Maple Valley High School in 2016 prior to her graduation from the school.
