Nike Basketball Jerseys

The legality of some basketball jerseys have been questioned recently and, as a result, the NFHS staff requested that the manufacturer provide us with samples of the designs in question. When viewing the pictures of the designs online, the jerseys appear to be illegal. Upon inspection of the actual product, however, it is clear that they do meet the single, solid color torso requirement in the rules. Thus, the following jersey designs as illustrated in the Winter 2012 Nike Team Catalogue for Men and Boys are legal:
